Our Return and refund policy for standard items bought through lasts 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive your order. If you would like to return the product during the return period, please contact our Customer Service. Please indicate your name and the products you wish to return, as well as the order number and date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
    • any item that is returned more than 14 (fourteen) days after delivery;

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

When the Products have been damaged in transportation, are otherwise defective or are not the items you ordered, please contact our Customer Service and we will arrange for the replacement or refund of such products. In case of replacement the original items will be replaced by new ones which shall be shipped to the same delivery address as the original ones. Replacements are only possible if we have the items in stock, in other cases you will receive a refund.
